Kelly has been building her corporate expertise for more than 25 years. With an impressive educational background, including a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas State University, Kelly’s credentials are solid.
In addition to her strong academic foundation, Kelly holds a Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Texas and is a Certified Global Management Accountant certified by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA).
Her comprehensive skills span operations, product management, accounting, compliance, finance, tax, and other business management matters.
Kelly has made significant contributions to recognized companies such as Dell, Dell Financial Services, Quintiles, Talecris Biotherapeutics, and Aeterna Zentaris. As Chief Financial Officer at a SaaS company and a for-profit higher education IT Training company, she spearheaded the digital transformation of the back office and successfully executed the initial phase of a 5-year exit strategy.
Additionally, Kelly gives back to the community by volunteering her time on the Board of Directors for the Misty Carol Project, the Texas Hemp Coalition, and as a mentor for the McCoy School of Business’ graduate program at Texas State University.
