An accomplished professional with an MBA, CPA, and CGMA designation, she has a proven track record of success. Her strong business acumen is reflected in her extensive experience and deep industry insight
Her expertise spans various M&A transactions, including divestitures, acquisitions, private equity capital raises, and public company offerings. She is a trusted advisor who empowers businesses to achieve their financial goals and navigate complex transactions with confidence.
Kelly gives back to the community by volunteering her time as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Misty Carol Project, and the Wimberley Chamber of Commerce. She also mentors at the McCoy School of Business graduate program at Texas State University.
