Over the past 30+ years, I've worked alongside founders, executive teams, boards, investors, and ownership groups to help organizations move through critical moments of growth and transformation. I've seen what happens when a business scales faster than its systems, when profitability doesn't translate into cash flow, and when leaders are making important decisions without the financial visibility they need.

My career has taken me across publicly traded companies, private equity-backed organizations, entrepreneurial ventures, SaaS, life sciences, professional services, higher education, and technology-driven businesses. Along the way, I've led initiatives involving governance, enterprise risk management, operational transformation, capital formation, SEC reporting, business continuity, technology modernization, and strategic planning.

I've had the opportunity to contribute to significant milestones throughout my career, including supporting a $28 million private equity investment, participating in a $50 million public-market financing program for a NASDAQ-listed biopharmaceutical company, leading enterprise risk and governance initiatives, and serving on executive leadership teams during periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
